Communicating the capabilities and features of your golf course to each of our tournament directors can be a frustrating and time consuming task. Now golf course directors can now fully define each of the courses at a single facility within the MyGTMS system. From pin number assignments and tee distance assignments to hole contest creation, it's all at your finger tips.

As a golf course director, you will be able to fully define each of the golf courses at your facility. Lets say you have an 18 hole course with 3 tee boxes and a 9 hole course with 2 tee boxes, you can define each hole and its par, set the yardages for each tee, and can even upload an image of the hole layout. This information is then used within the scoring management module, allowing the system to automatically calculate scores for each individual golf tournament.

One of the biggest challenges a golf course faces with a tournament is getting a complete list of golfer contact data from each of the golf tournament directors. And because customer data is one of the most valuable asset that a golf course can have, we have built in the ability to export all golfer data into an easy to use data file. That data can then loaded it into the golf courses existing golfer management system. Use this data to bring players back to your course and to increase your marketing reach.

Once each of the golf courses has been defined for a golf facility, score keepers can then enter all scoring data for a tournament. The scoring management interface allows for multiple forms of entry. Track scores at the player / hole level, or save time by entering each teams overall score for a single hole. Once scores have been entered into the system, the dynamic scoring display module can then be displayed on the tournaments web site. In addition, golf course directors can display the tournament results on the TV screens in the clubhouse.
